Founded in 1996 by San Angelo native and licensed Respiratory Therapist Shawn Leonard, Texas OxyCare was built around a simple idea: people needing home medical equipment deserve more than a product. They deserve knowledgeable guidance, dependable service and a local team that genuinely cares.

Today, Shawn and his wife, Brandi Leonard, own and operate Texas OxyCare together. Shawn provides a strong clinical foundation in CPAP, sleep therapy, oxygen and respiratory equipment. Brandi brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist.
